30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, Tostar reserves the right to refuse the return of products that show signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Show signs of wear, damage or other alterations.
- Are missing parts, such as manuals, warranties or accessories.
- Have visible scuffs or marks.
Return Process
Please contact us with the following information:
- Your original order number
- Pictures or video of the broken item
- Your shipping address
- Your contact information
Returns Procedure
Contact Tostar customer service team at tostarmusic@gmail.com for a return address.
Your order number and reason for return.
Pack the product properly to prevent damage during shipping.
Inform us of the tracking information after shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds
- We will initiate the refund within 3 working days of receiving the returned package, and the refund will be returned to your account in the same way. Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.The bank may need 8-15 business days to transfer the money to your card account.
Exchange
- We will send out the new parcel within 3 working days after we receive the returned parcel, and we will also inform you the tracking information by email.
Return Shipping Costs
For items with manufacturing defects: Tostar will be responsible for shipping fees.
For items without manufacturing defects: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
*It is recommended that you use a shipping service with a tracking number, as the absence of a tracking number may affect the refund and exchange process.
Important Notice About Return:
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This maynotbe the return address and will affect processing your return.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Tostar customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Tostar products.
