Shipping Time
From 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be shipped on the following business day.

To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.
FAQ
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to ensure all your items reach you simultaneously. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the Tostar Support Team at support@tostarmusic.com.
Notes:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will need to go through the return process. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled free of charge.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Tostar will not replace the order or issue a refund.
