Where Does Tostar Ship To?

United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Japan

Shipping is available within the continental US. Currently, we do not ship to military post boxes or the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

How Will My Package Be Shipped?

To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics, and FedEx.

FAQ

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to ensure all your items reach you simultaneously. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out? 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the Tostar Support Team at tostarmusic@gmail.com.

Notes:

If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing it, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Tostar will not replace the order or issue a refund.
