We Build Tools For Artists

Materials
At Tostar, we carefully select tonewoods with stable structure, beautiful grain, and excellent acoustic performance.
We evaluate each piece of wood for density, hardness, and resonance to ensure both durability and rich, balanced sound.
Every tonewood goes through strict screening and quality control to achieve the perfect harmony of material, craftsmanship, and tone in every Tostar guitar.

Precision Cutting
Every Tostar guitar begins with carefully selected tonewood. Using advanced CAD design and high-precision CNC cutting technology, each body is shaped with smooth contours and accurate curves that bring the Tostar design to life. This process ensures consistency, refined aesthetics, and a solid foundation for sanding, finishing, and final assembly.

Fretting
All frets are hand-applied to exact specifications, ensuring each guitar has the playability you'd expect from Tostar.

Sanding
Tostar necks and bodies are hand-sanded multiple times, creating flawless finishes and maximum playability.

Paint
Three layers of high-gloss polyurethane are applied to each color-coated instrument body, producing a luxurious state-of-the-art finish.

Buffing
Each guitar is carefully buffed to refine every curve and surface. This precise process highlights Tostar’s dedication to craftsmanship, quality, and detail, preparing the instrument for a smooth, flawless finish.

Electronics
All circuits are carefully connected and tested, ensuring each Tostar guitar delivers consistent, high-quality sound and reliable performance.

Assembly
All hardware components, including bridges, knobs, and pickguards, are precisely installed to ensure durability, reliability, and optimal playability. This step reflects Tostar’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Setup
Every instrument is fully set up and tuned before leaving the workshop, so each Tostar guitar is ready to inspire music from the very first note.
