Tostar TJM-160 JM Electric Guitar Set

Very nice guitar! Highly recommend. If you want to try the offset body style, this is a great choice.
The important things. Mine at least arrived nicely packed with no blemishes. Intonation achieved easily and stays in tune pretty well. The neck is the star of the show but the overall feel of everything is nice. Rounded edge frets all feel well. The luminlay markers are cool. Kind of novelty. P 90s sound nice and clear. They handle high gain much better than I expected them to. Keep both on to avoid the hum with high gain.
For the modders, the body is smaller than the average offset. Not as small as the mini jazzmaster but smaller than a regular jazzmaster/jaguar body. New pickguards may need new holes drilled. Also if you want to change pickups to humbuckers, you'll need to route to make room as the body is routed for p90 or mini humbuckers.
Mine plays fine as is, so I opted to mod something else and left this one as stock.
Other stuff that comes with it is nice but obviously freebie stuff. The stand is nice but doesn't sit the offsets well. My other guitars fit great though! definitely keep that.

This is my third Tostar guitar. I have both the TST-500 and the TTE-300 and they are really good guitars. I was looking for a guitar with p90's and this was a logical choice since I own and really like the other two. Just for info, I've been playing for around 17 years and have played gigs. I'm not EVH but definitely not a beginner. This guitar is actually fantastic. The fit and finish are excellent, the p90's sound really good, the frets are rounded and the neck is very comfortable. It's also fairly light and the tummy cut makes it a very comfortable guitar to play. The action was a bit high when I received it but lowering the action on a tune-o-matic bridge is really easy. The guitar still has the factory strings on it as they're actually really good. The additional stuff that comes with the guitar is a bonus but I won't use any of it as I don't need them. I would have no problem gigging with any of my Tostar guitars including this one and considering the quality of the guitar and everything included the price is unbelievable in a good way.

These P90s have tons of versatility and tones. Both sound so crunchy and have great response to high gain, Grunge-a-mania all the way.

The included amp is good and even has bluetooth capabilities

For all of you out there wondering, With a little tune up out of the box, this gorgeous guitar is a keeper. Will buy more!

Highly recommend for the price. Build quality is very well done. Neck was straight, frets were level and the overall feel is very sturdy. Purchased for daughter as a starter guitar. Neck profile is very comfortable comparable to a Fender neck. The p90s have enough punch for me and a very nice clean tone as well. I purchased the beginner package and while the amp is a solid 1 star quality, the guitar is excellent.
