Popular Body Woods: Poplar is a relatively soft hardwood that is well-balanced sonically, particularly resonant or sustaining
Neck: Canadian Maple has little effect on tone, but are used to add rigidity and stability to necks, helping protect thinner, faster-playing necks against breakage and excessive bending
Fingerboard: Laurel Woods is a very hard wood with tighter grain than rosewood, making it smooth and easy to play with. Tonally, Laurel has a slightly snappier tone than rosewood and a warmer tone than ebony
Neck Construction: Bolt-on necks, as the name implies, bolted onto the body of the guitar. This allows for easier repair or replacement, which is even more stable and offers even greater sustain and resonance
Neck Shapes: C-shaped necks are the most common, offering a comfortable oval profile that works well for most players, more comfortable with their thumbs hanging over the fretboard

Arrived packaged well. Some scratches but nothing major. Comes with everything you need and is quite heavy! Great set for my son to start learning.
All the guitars I have played in the past have been acoustical guitars and I always wanted to try learning to use an electric guitar, but to do that you need a lot more things than the guitar. While amplifier provided isn’t huge or fancy, it does let you hear what you are playing and it has distortion settings to enhance the sound when you want to add that effect. I found the action to be good. It comes with a case, the amplifier, a tuner, picks, extra strings and a strap. The amplifier is rechargeable and comes with a USB-A to USB-C adapter cable, but no AC power adapter. The instructions for installing the battery in the tuner say to becareful of the polarity, but it wasn’t obvious what the correct orientation was. I put a picture of how it is supposed to go. I found the tuner a little puzzling at first. There are letters across the bottom of the screen. C, G, B, V, U and I didn’t understand what they were for. C is for Chromatic mode, G is the one you want, Guitar, B is for Bass, V is for Violin and U for Ukulele. When you play the string, it identifies what string it is and turns green when you have that string is tuned properly. Since this is my first electric guitar, I don’t know how it compares with others. I like it. I didn’t find any instructions for the guitar itself and it came with various hex key wrenches. I assume one is for tightening the neck. This is going to be a lot of fun.

Great five stars sounds just as good as a real 800 dolar fender stratocaster nice pickups,are they ceramic and alanmico maginit.great guitar for a beginner or a pro like me thats been playing since 1985 when motley crue was more popular than metallica,and its a nice ad to any collection sounds great can play any song on it,remi is me of my first guitar in 1985 to 1987 a cort guitar.
I just received the candy apple red model and it is well worth the money. With all the extras it is amazing the build quality is tops. I would highly recommend getting one. I saw a review from Marty 5150 on You Tube and decided to take a chance and I am glad I did.
